New sweatshirt in the making

It is getting cold around here, and I really need something warm and cosy to wear.
I still need to take some pictures on a live model, and to make more of this top before I post it in my store, but this is just a sneak peak.
Oh, almost forgot- the cowl is detachable so if you are feeling too hot , you can take it off, or use it as an accessory with other items from your wardrobe.

New long sleeved top

So, most of my jersey tops have 3/4 sleeves and I am always cold.
For the longest time I haven't made anything for me, only for my beloved customers.
I work quite a lot during the week, and lately I haven't had the energy for it.

It was my birthday yesterday and I got up today thinking I deserve a gift from me too!!!
So, went for it.
I had this design in my head for a while. It is reminiscent of my short sleeved ruffle top , but this is more dramatic.
Love how it turned out.

Something made my day- Wedding pictures

I have done quite a few weddings lately but for the first time I received some pictures of all those lovely bridesmaids I have been tormenting with my measurement taking regimen.

Shirred dress

The shirred dress is one of my most popular dresses. My customers love it and say they feel so sexy in it and that their husbands and boyfriends love it too - A LOT!
This makes me sooo happy , it literally makes my day when someone writes me how much they love their new piece.

Pleats and tractors

So in the past few days we are suffering from sever noise just 2 yards from our house , because a new house is starting to be built. I can see the tractors from the basement , through the bar window in the upper floor and it feels like I am being attacked by some scary transformers or something.

In the midst of all of this I am dealing with not being able to find a single room in our new place where I can take some decent pictures so I have had to go to the outside and use the house's exterior as background. I don't feel the magic so I will need to sort it out.
I miss the light we had before we moved, although it was really small, we had noisy neighbors and a soccer field right under the building, which was very loud.

Wow, this turned into a rant! I really didn't mean too. I guess the thumping from the tractors drove me insane today.
Nevertheless, a new dress for summer and some of my view :)
